Senior Technical Recruiter

Join IXL Learning, a leading developer of personalized learning products, as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers, manage full-cycle recruiting, and foster long-term relationships with high-caliber professionals. You should have a genuine interest in education and technology, a BA/BS degree, and 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.

• Sourcing and working closely with individual candidates across several technical teams to fill critical roles.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics, unique challenges, and hiring goals, and shaping effective recruiting strategies.
• Managing the full-cycle recruiting process, including building creative sourcing pipelines, conducting initial interviews, guiding candidates through the interview process, and handling offers and negotiations.
• We are looking for someone who loves the craft of sourcing, values real relationships, and knows how to navigate the nuances of a closing conversation
• Genuine interest in how education and technology intersect to improve learning
• BA/BS degree
• Innovative, highly organized, detail oriented, able to work quickly and accurately, and able to change tasks and focus easily
• Solid experience in sourcing candidates using a variety of strategies and platforms
• Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS
• Relationship builder who communicates with clarity and authenticity and builds trust and strong alignment
• Self-motivated and comfortable pivoting when priorities shift; energized by a fast-paced, high growth environment
• 7+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience or a mix of technical/business recruiting
• Strong eye for talent and an excellent ability for matching a candidate’s unique strengths and career goals with the right opportunity
• A sense of ownership and accountability
