Technical Lead (Software Engineering)

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, a bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science or a related discipline, at least 5 years of direct experience in software engineering, and a passion for improving education through technology.

• Manage and build a high-performance team of engineers, providing hands-on technical and project leadership.
• Guide and mentor engineers and project leads to ensure a high level of work satisfaction, technical advancement, and progress towards individual career goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and QA to maintain and surpass product usability and quality standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of direct experience in software engineering and 2 years of engineering management
• Excellent programming skills in Java or another object-oriented language
