Lead System Accountant

• Lead the management and optimization of finance-related systems, ensuring seamless data flow between various platforms.
• Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and financial staff to troubleshoot and resolve finance-related system issues, and provide training and support to team members.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Proven experience in a Systems role within the Finance function
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused with a flexible approach
• Self-motivated with a "can-do" mindset
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Experience with NetSuite and/or Chargebee
• Knowledge of Spanish tax and regulatory environments
