Fund Delivery Senior Associate

Join our Fund Delivery team as a Senior Associate, where you will play a key role in delivering new FinTech capabilities to clients and partners. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders and manage projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in leading complex onboarding and implementation projects within the financial services industry, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has exceptional attention to detail.

• Monitor and manage new projects from initiation to completion with minimal supervision, ensuring that timeframes are met and project deliverables are achieved.
• Participate in scoping solutions, gathering and analyzing requirements, and providing recommendations for scope/solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Effectively and proactively communicate project status to stakeholders, manage expectations, and escalate resource constraints as needed to ensure successful project execution.
• Strong commitment to continuous professional development and improvement of the team
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated AI fluency: comfortable using AI-assisted tools (e.g. drafting, summarization, research) in day-to-day work, with sound judgment about when and how to apply them
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline required
• Prior experience in a small to mid-sized firm or startup environment preferred
• Experience with project management applications such as Jira, Asana, Monday or similar planning and tracking applications
• Must have exceptional critical thinking and team-based problem-solving skills
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter who takes initiative, learns quickly in a fast-paced environment and will implement new methods to improve ways of working
• Excellent relationship management aptitude and attitude
• 2+ years of experience in project management / operations within financial services
