Join Grafana Labs as a Regional Marketing Associate, where you will support the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs across North America. This role involves pipeline generation, acceleration, and customer expansion through field marketing, account-based marketing, and regional campaigns. You will collaborate with regional Sales leaders, drive regional events strategy, build and execute ABM strategies, track program performance, and manage budgets and timelines.   • Support the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs across North America Commercial teams, contributing to pipeline generation and customer expansion.
  • Act as a key partner to the go-to-market organization, developing a deep understanding of the region to prescribe high-impact programs that align with business priorities.
  • Drive regional events strategy and lead end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person programs, including logistics, vendors, and attendee experience.

  • Proven experience driving pipeline through integrated marketing programs
  • Willingness to travel (~40%)
  • Strong collaboration with Sales teams and understanding of pipeline mechanics
  • 3+ years in field/regional marketing, demand generation, or related role
  • Experience with both hosted and third-party events
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to improve marketing performance, targeting, campaign execution, and decision-making (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Located in Central or Eastern time zone
  • Experience with Salesforce (reporting, campaign tracking) and marketing tools (e.g., SplashThat, Zuddl, etc.)
  • An ownership mindset with accountability for regional outcomes and pipeline impact
  • Strategic thinking paired with strong execution skills
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance targeting, personalization, campaign execution, and performance analysis
  • A data-driven approach to measuring success and optimizing performance
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality experiences
  • Ability to build strong relationships with Sales and cross-functional partners
  • Experience using AI to improve operational efficiency, scale programs, and drive smarter decision-making
  • Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
