Senior Product Manager (Infrastructure Observability)

Join Grafana Labs as a Senior Product Manager for Infrastructure Observability. In this role, you will develop a vision and strategy for your product domain, own the product roadmap, and collaborate with Grafana leadership. You will be the primary advocate and expert in your area, communicating effectively with external customers and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include defining the vision for Infra O11y, conducting customer discovery, and ensuring integration with other key offerings. • Develop a vision and strategy for the product domain, owning the product roadmap and market research.
• Act as the primary advocate and expert in the area, effectively communicating needs and functionality to external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering partners to fine-tune product strategy, driving customer discovery and building consensus across multiple teams.
• Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services
• 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• A BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts
• Experience working with Engineering and Design teams build delightful products and features – with sounds UX – in a fast-paced environment
• Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams
• Experience with open source software and/or commercial open source companies
• Experience using or building observability products and/or developer tools, either internally as an SRE or for external customers
• Proficient with infrastructure concepts and components – like Kubernetes, Cloud Service Providers, and VMs – and able to articulate these models in human-readable terms
• Experience with AI tools
