Staff Backend Engineer (Second Horizon)

• Concevoir et expédier l'architecture backend principale qui alimente l'ingestion, le stockage de contexte, les API de récupération et les intégrations.
• Aider à définir et à construire l'architecture d'un service multi-tenant, y compris l'isolement des locataires, le suivi de l'utilisation, les quotas.
• Construire des API et des interfaces de service qui permettent aux agents d'IA, aux outils MCP, aux CLIs et aux applications internes de récupérer le contexte pertinent.

• Exposure to working in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Proven track record of delivering software that made it into production and is actively used by users
• Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI
• Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi‑agent workflows
• Experience as a data analyst or work with data platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, DataBricks)
• Experience building tools for data engineering
