Corporate Marketing Manager

Join Uplight, a leader in the clean energy revolution, as a Corporate Marketing Manager. In this role, you will shape the voice of Uplight by developing compelling content that positions us as the industry leader in customer-activated load flexibility. You will manage the campaign content calendar, maintain the Uplight website, manage the virtual events program, and lead the approval process for press releases and other PR initiatives. You will also develop and manage the company's B2B social media calendar and content strategy.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that positions Uplight as an industry leader in customer-activated load flexibility.
• Manage and execute the campaign content calendar, ensuring alignment with PR, Demand Generation, and Event needs.
• Lead the approval process for press releases and other PR initiatives, acting as the main liaison between Uplight’s PR agency and the Corporate Marketing team.
• Experience with WordPress, Photoshop, Pardot, Salesforce, and other marketing stack tools
• Excellent communication skills to influence, leverage, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver compelling content
• Experience leading and optimizing business social media accounts
• Strong project management skills with the ability to own and support multiple projects with different deadlines
• At least 4 years of experience in a Marketing or Communications role. Preference given to experience in a B2B role
• Basic knowledge of SEO and AEO
• Expert writing skills with a passion for creative storytelling and a strong ability to communicate complex ideas simply
• Detail-oriented with the ability to proofread all written communications and deliverables and an eye for typos and quick fixes to uninspiring presentations
• Knowledge of the energy industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field
