Director of Product

Join Uplight, a leading provider of SaaS solutions for the utility industry. As the Director of Product, you will define and execute the product strategy for our Engagement & Enrollment product suite, collaborating closely with cross-functional leaders to drive meaningful impacts for our utility clients and energy users. You will lead and mentor product managers and designers, foster an inclusive product culture, and champion client-centricity across product teams.

• Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de producto para la suite de servicios habilitados por SaaS de Uplight, enfocándose en la participación y el enrolamiento de clientes de servicios públicos.
• Colaborar estrechamente con líderes de diferentes funciones para garantizar la gestión de la visión y estrategia del producto, adaptándose a las necesidades del mercado y del cliente.
• Guiar a los equipos en la priorización de problemas importantes y de impacto, y en la entrega de soluciones significativas.
• Growth-minded and well-versed in giving and receiving constructive feedback, with a commitment to collaborative problem-solving
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to clearly articulate your narrative to both technical and non-technical, internal and external client audiences alike
• Experience leading horizontal, multi-team efforts around shared business goals or questions, embedding discovery throughout your process
• Big plus: Experience working with a globally distributed product and engineering team
• A user-first mindset that advocates for the pursuit of simple, elegant solutions, while balancing ambiguity and technical constraints
• 8+ years experience leading product teams to understand highest value pain points, market opportunities, and delivering on them
• Big plus: Experience integrating AI into products in a thoughtful, impactful way; experience leveraging AI-based tools to drive organizational effectiveness
