Program Manager

Join our team as a Program Manager, where you will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious business and environmental goals. You will be responsible for managing complex program objectives, ensuring operational health and efficiency, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting program expansions. You will also lead the enrollment processing function, event dispatch operations, and participate in on-call rotations. Additionally, you will develop and maintain process documentation, identify and implement process improvements, and establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Assurer la santé opérationnelle et l'efficacité des programmes assignés, en identifiant et en abordant proactivement les risques.
• Servir de représentant auprès des clients, en assurant une communication efficace sur la performance du programme et en résolvant les problèmes opérationnels.
• Diriger le développement et l'exécution de la stratégie de croissance des inscriptions, en travaillant avec les équipes pertinentes pour assurer une exécution précise et rapide.
• Proficient at interpreting data & revenue models and associated forecasting, experience using BI tools
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as , JIRA/Confluence, Asana, Excel, Wrike, Figma, Miro/Lucid. Comfortable with process flow diagramming
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Technical Proficiency and experience with tools such as Sublime, Utilizing Python scripts, ExcelAWS S3, CRMs, VSCode, Redash, DataDog
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguous situations
• Experience in handling client-facing engagements and delivering strategic insights
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• 5+ years of experience in program management or related roles
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
