Associate CRM Development Director

Join TripleLift, a leading programmatic advertising company, as the Associate Director of CRM Development. In this role, you will be the primary owner and developer of our Salesforce platform, managing integrations with our full go-to-market tech stack. You will work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled, business-minded developer to make a significant impact on our revenue growth.

• Architect and scale the technology foundation that powers TripleLift's go-to-market engine, serving as the primary owner and developer of the Salesforce org.
• Own and manage the full GTM tech stack, making deliberate architectural decisions about how these systems connect and interact, while also owning vendor relationships.
• Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Salesforce Administration Required
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including custom objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and REST/SOAP API integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field required
