About The Role
Join TripleLift, a leading programmatic advertising platform, as a Revenue Analyst. In this data-driven role, you will partner with commercial leadership to translate complex datasets into actionable strategies that drive growth. You will design and maintain automated performance dashboards, audit and report on pipeline health, support the verification process for variable compensation cycles, evaluate Agency Holding Company deals, and synthesize large-scale marketplace exchange datasets. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of highly analytical experience, is fluent in AI and automation tools, and has a strong understanding of the AdTech ecosystem.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership to analyze complex datasets and develop actionable strategies for revenue growth.
- Design and maintain automated performance dashboards, audit and report on pipeline health, and support the verification process for compensation cycles.
- Partner with Global Demand and Partner Management teams to evaluate Agency Holding Company deals and synthesize large-scale marketplace exchange datasets.
- AI Fluency: Leverage AI architectures and low-code automation to move beyond individual hacks, building scalable, shared workflows for analyses and recurring reporting that reclaim capacity for high-value problem-solving
- Tech Stack: Expert-level mastery of spreadsheet modeling (Advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, Sheets Queries) and enterprise BI frameworks (Omni, Looker, Tableau). Salesforce experience is a plus
- Experience: 3–5 years of highly analytical experience operating within programmatic media analytics, AdTech marketplace yield analysis, or revenue/financial operations. Familiarity with AdTech ecosystem measures, acronyms, and programmatic pipelines is strongly preferred
- Actionable Synthesis: Distills massive, complex datasets and abstract industry concepts into crystal-clear executive summaries and highly actionable solutions
- Self-Directed Priority Champion: Thrives in commercial ambiguity, independently prioritizing high-impact tasks and managing bandwidth effectively to deliver on promises
- Professionally Skeptical: Maintains a critical eye to catch data anomalies before they reach executives, tactfully challenging underlying business assumptions
- Incurably Curious: Digs past surface-level summaries to relentlessly peel back data layers and diagnose the root causes of revenue swings
