Sales Manager (Canada)

Join TripleLift, a leading programmatic advertising company, as a Sales Manager for the Canadian market. In this role, you will drive new business growth, manage key agency and client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. • Drive new business development by prospecting, pitching, and closing programmatic advertising deals with agencies and brands across the Canadian market.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities, accurately forecasting revenue and tracking progress against quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key agency and client relationships, ensuring strong communication and long-term account growth.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
• Deep familiarity with programmatic terminology and ecosystem (RTB, PMPs, deal IDs, open exchange, CTV, native advertising)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
• Established relationships with Canadian agencies and/or brands strongly preferred
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving market
• 3-5+ years of sales experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or digital media (SSP/DSP experience strongly preferred)
