Regional Representative Gulf Countries

Join Première Urgence Internationale (PUI) as the Regional Representative for Gulf Countries. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening PUI's presence and visibility in the Gulf region, diversifying and developing financial partnerships, leading the regional resource mobilization strategy, building long-term trust-based relationships, and ensuring internal coordination between regional opportunities and operational needs. You should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of experience in managing funding from institutional humanitarian and development donors, excellent writing and communication skills, and fluency in French and English.

• Renforcer la présence et la visibilité de PUI dans la région du Golfe pour garantir un financement durable des opérations humanitaires.
• Diversifier et développer des partenariats financiers (institutions, fondations, philanthropie, secteur privé) dans les pays du CCG.
• Diriger la stratégie de mobilisation des ressources régionale, en veillant à la conformité et à l'alignement avec les priorités des donateurs locaux.


**Training**

You hold Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field: international relations, humanitarian action, international development, social sciences, etc.


**Experience**

Strengthened by At least 5 years of experience in managing funding from institutional humanitarian and development donors. Preferably in senior coordination positions such as Country Director or Deputy Country Director, external representation with institutional donors and foundations and experience developing innovative programmatic approaches.


**Skills**

You have excellent writing and communications skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities are a must. A strong work ethic, ability to handle multiple priorities and respect deadlines will be appreciated.


**Qualities**

Additional knowledge & skills : Knowledge of Gulf donors and foundations. Additional training (desirable)


**Languages**

French and English has no secrets for you! All the better, it is mandatory for this position. If you speak Arabic, it would be a definite asset.
