About The Role

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Accountant, where you will be the subject matter expert on all things accounting for the company. You will have the opportunity to create processes from scratch, drive the development of best practices, and support the Controller in completing annual financial statement audits. This is a fast-paced and exciting role for an ambitious self-starter with a solid foundation in accounting.

Prepare month-end and year-end financial close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and support preparation of the financial statements.
Maintain and execute internal controls, documentation, and compliance procedures to support audit readiness.
Identify and execute process improvements to increase efficiency using automation and electronic tools.
CPA license
Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
5+ years of progressive professional accounting experience, with exposure to complex close cycles
Strong proficiency with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Advanced proficiency with Excel, Netsuite and G-suite
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience with multi-entity operations or healthcare accounting processes and procedures
