  • Entrez et examinez les données critiques utilisées pour le traitement de la paie semi-mensuelle tout en maintenant la conformité avec toutes les juridictions fiscales.
  • Assurez-vous du traitement précis et en temps opportun des mises à jour de la paie, y compris les nouvelles recrues, les licenciements, les promotions et les changements de taux de rémunération.
  • Gérez le courrier entrant, y compris la recherche d'avis fiscaux d'agence, et résolvez les demandes en suspens.
  • 5+ years of experience with multi-state, multi-entity payroll operations. Experience with Rippling or similar modern automated HRIS platforms is strongly preferred
  • Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment, subject to rapid change and innovation
  • Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, proactive and results-driven
  • Experience with tax reconciliation and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to seamlessly manage multiple competing priorities
  • FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification is a plus
  • Solid foundation in tax laws, reporting (to include federal, state, local, unemployment & PFML taxes) plus FLSA and wage and hour compliance knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Human Resources or equivalent job experience
  • Strong foundational knowledge of End-to-End Payroll processing (salaries, overtime, bonuses, gross to net calculations, taxable wages, leave pay, garnishments, benefits, retirement, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing best-in-class internal customer service and external communication to tax and benefits agencies
  • This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed
