Partner Alliance Manager (UK & Benelux)

Join Medius as a Partner Alliance Manager, where you will create and manage strategic partnerships in the Procurement, P2P, and Source-to-Pay categories. This role focuses on driving revenue growth and delivery capacity through partner networks in the UK and Benelux markets. You will work closely with a high-performing Sales team and report to the SVP Global Ecosystem & Alliances based in North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, partner ecosystem roles, and a solid understanding of eProcurement and ERP systems.

• Identifying, assessing, and recruiting new strategic partners, including Consulting, System Integration, ERP, and ISV partners.
• Managing day-to-day relationships with existing partners, generating pipeline through existing partners while developing new strategic relationships.
• Collaborating with Sales, Professional Services, Product, Marketing, and other teams to ensure consistent growth and executing partner business plans.
• Strong consultative/solution-based selling skills and the ability to manage complex SaaS sales processes
• Experience with Salesforce, Crossbeam and Outreach is advantageous
• Solid business administration knowledge and general understanding of IT and ERP systems
• Ability to engage confidently with CXO and senior partner-level executives
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive independently and as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of eProcurement, S2P, P2P, AP or ERP
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in SaaS net new business sales, with a focus on partner ecosystem roles targeting mid- to large-sized enterprises
• Experience in partner sales (consulting/advisory, reseller) and/or working within an ISV partner model
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, Finance, or related field
• Willingness to travel 30–40% (mostly domestic)
