Account Manager (Performance Growth, App & eCommerce)

Join NewsBreak, a leading platform in the news and information space, as an Account Manager focused on performance growth in the eCommerce vertical. In this role, you will drive account revenue growth through campaign optimization and scale, while collaborating cross-functionally to champion platform improvements and drive client adoption of new ad products. You will work closely with advertisers, media buyers, and internal teams to maximize client ROI.

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or performance media buying within digital advertising or ad tech
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Ad Operations teams to resolve client issues and influence feature roadmaps
• Proven track record of growing account revenue, optimizing campaign performance to scale spend, and driving product feature adoption
• Strong analytical skills: ability to turn raw performance data into actionable campaign optimizations and revenue opportunities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering data-backed QBRs to client decision-makers
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
• Deep technical understanding of biddable auction advertising, ad server technology, pixel setup, and event tracking/attribution
• Experience managing campaigns in the eCommerce / DTC (ROAS/CPA) verticals
• Hands-on experience scaling ad spend on self-serve auction platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads)
