Technical Sourcer (Engineering, Contract)

Join our team as a Technical Sourcer for a 3-month contract. You will be responsible for building and driving our engineering talent pipeline, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers, and owning end-to-end sourcing pipelines for software engineering roles. You will also conduct in-depth phone screens, build talent maps, and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS. • Highly organized and able to independently manage multiple open roles at once
• 3–5 years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools (Boolean/X-ray search, GitHub, etc.)
• Strong track record sourcing for software engineering roles, with solid understanding of engineering concepts, tech stacks, and terminology
• Experience sourcing for AI/ML or data roles
• Able to work onsite in Mountain View, CA for the duration of the contract
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for candidate outreach and stakeholder management
• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
• Experience building talent maps or market intelligence reports
