CDI - Analytics Engineer - H/F/X

Rejoins notre équipe en tant qu'Analytics Engineer. Tu seras responsable de transformer les données opérationnelles brutes en insights exploitables qui guideront les décisions produit et commerciales. Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Produit, Opérations et Support, et tu auras l'opportunité de contribuer à notre culture axée sur l'IA.

• Analyser les données opérationnelles et fournir des recommandations exploitables pour les décisions commerciales.
• Construire et maintenir des pipelines de données et des logiques de transformation, en veillant à la qualité et à la reproductibilité.
• Collaborer avec les équipes Produit, Opérations et Support pour répondre aux questions importantes.

• **What We're Looking For :**
• **Required :**

• **1–5 years** of experience in a data analyst, data scientist, analytics engineer, or similar role
• **SQL is mandatory** — you're comfortable writing complex queries autonomously
• **Proven Python proficiency** for data manipulation and analysis (pandas or equivalent)
• Comfortable with **Git** and basic **CI/CD** practices — we treat data work like engineering
• Strong ability to **translate technical findings into business language** — you can present results to a PM or C-level without hiding behind jargon
• Good communication in **French and English**
• **A genuine asset**: graduate of a top-tier school — Polytechnique, Centrale (Paris, Lyon, Lille), Mines, Télécom, Ensta, Ponts et Chaussées, ENSA, Supaero, HEC, Edhec, ESSEC

**Strongly Appreciated:**

• Hands-on experience with **Databricks** (notebooks, Delta Lake, SQL warehouses, jobs)
• Experience with **data modelling** (star schema, dimensional thinking)
• Exposure to **data quality frameworks** (testing, monitoring, alerting)
• Interest in or experience building **AI-powered workflows** and automation
• Comfort with **automation tooling** (Make, Notion AI or equivalent)
