Sales Communications & Events Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Communications & Events Specialist. In this role, you will coordinate logistics and planning for high-impact sales events and meetings, execute strategic communication efforts, and provide project management support for the global sales operations team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of meeting and event planning experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordination of logistics and planning for high-impact sales events and meetings, including location sourcing, catering, and travel management.
• Execution of strategic communication efforts that engage and align the sales organization, including managing meetings and trainings.
• Project management and administration for the global sales operations team, including maintaining internal team SharePoint site and running reports on success metrics.
• The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills to manage large-scale, complex events and collaborate with top C-Level executives
• Able to coordinate several tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated skills in prioritising, decision-making, time management, and verbal/written communication skills
• 25% + travel required
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• 2+ years of meeting and event planning experience for large-scale, complex corporate or government and/or entertainment industry events
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Strong presentation skills
• Possess strong interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to adapt to frequent change and short lead times
• Possess a strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives at appropriate times
• Experience working with top C-Level executives
• CMP certification preferred
