Sales Operations Analyst (Grata)

Join Grata, the leading private market dealmaking platform, as a Sales Operations Specialist. In this role, you will support the systems, processes, and reporting that help our Sales organization operate efficiently and scale effectively. You will partner with Sales leadership to improve and scale processes, maintain and optimize Salesforce data quality, build and deliver reporting and dashboards, support core sales operations processes, and identify operational inefficiencies. This is an opportunity to directly impact pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth while helping build a world-class revenue engine.

• Partner with Sales leadership to improve and scale processes across pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and opportunity management.
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce data quality, workflows, and reporting to ensure accurate visibility into sales performance.
• Build and deliver reporting and dashboards that provide actionable insights into pipeline health, sales activity, conversion rates, and forecast attainment.
• High analytical rigor with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
• Experience working in Salesforce, with familiarity in sales engagement, prospecting, and reporting tools considered a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance metrics
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and support both leadership and frontline sales teams
• 2–3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Consulting, or a similar analytical role within a SaaS environment
