About The Role

Join our team as an Executive Assistant, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our leadership team and ensuring our customers are always prioritized. You'll manage calendars, handle travel logistics, conduct research, triage communications, and drive administrative excellence. This is an in-person role based in Boulder, CO, with a range of benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401k matching, unlimited PTO, and equity stock options.

  • Support the leadership team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel logistics.
  • Conduct research and prepare materials to help leadership be well-prepared for meetings.
  • Triage communications, manage email flow, and ensure important follow-ups are captured and completed.

  • Strong Communicator - You communicate clearly and professionally in writing and in person, and you can represent senior leaders well with internal and external audiences
  • Comfortable with Ambiguity - You thrive in environments where priorities evolve quickly and no two days look the same
  • Experience - You have 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or founders in a high-performance environment
  • Located in Boulder or Denver, CO - Candidates must currently live in, or be willing to relocate to Boulder. This is an in-person role and you’ll be working out of our Boulder HQ five days per week
  • A No-Task-Is-Too-Small Attitude - You enjoy being helpful and understand that great support often means handling whatever is needed, whether it’s a high-stakes board meeting or an afternoon coffee run
