S&OP Manager Europe

Join Columbia Sportswear, a company passionate about the outdoors and committed to protecting the planet. As the S&OP Manager for Europe, you will own and evolve the Sales & Operations Planning function at a European level, working at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Distribution. You will run the monthly S&OP cycle, own inventory and KPI reporting, revamp the process, and build partnerships that make the process work. This is a permanent position based in Geneva, Switzerland, with a hybrid work model.

• Diriger le cycle S&OP mensuel, y compris la préparation des réunions de préparation par canal et la consolidation des prévisions.
• Assumer la responsabilité de l'inventaire et des rapports KPI, en suivant les KPI d'inventaire et en recommandant des actions correctives.
• Diagnostiquer les points de douleur actuels et proposer une feuille de route d'amélioration claire pour moderniser le processus et les outils.
