Senior Manager of IT

Join Checkr as the Senior Manager of IT, where you will own and modernize the internal IT function, lead the IT Operations team, and drive the adoption of AI and automation. You will partner closely with Information Security, the Workplace team, and the Events organization to deliver secure, reliable, and increasingly automated IT experiences. • An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes
• Demonstrated success driving AI and automation initiatives that measurably improved productivity or reduced operational overhead
• 7+ years of experience in a people manager role, ideally leading IT or systems engineering teams
• 4+ years administering enterprise SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Okta, or similar
