Solution Engineer Remote

Join Feedier as a Solution Engineer, where you'll be responsible for the deployment and technical enablement of our AI-native platform for enterprise customers. This role is both technical and client-facing, requiring strong analytical skills, a curiosity for AI, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in French and English is a must.

• Lead the technical deployment of the Feedier Platform, including AI configuration, data integrations, and platform setup.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders, proactively identifying risks, upsell opportunities, and new use cases.
• Translate customer business requirements into concrete platform configurations, automations, and integrations.

What are we looking for?

• **French speaking is a must.**
• **Technical Skills.** Familiarity with web technologies, RESTful APIs, and SQL. Comfortable reading and writing code to solve real problems. Experience with workflow tools (N8N or similar) is a plus.
• **AI Curiosity.** General understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering). You don't need to be an expert (but you need to be genuinely interested).
• **Problem-Solving.** Strong analytical mindset — you enjoy diagnosing ambiguous issues and building pragmatic solutions under time pressure.
• **Customer-Facing Comfort.** Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. You're not afraid of a client call.
• **Excellent written and verbal English and French.**

• No specific degree required. People with entrepreneurship experience or engineering backgrounds tend to be a strong fit.
