Join SoFi as an Associate AI Financial Planning Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in improving our AI Coach product and delivering positive member experiences. You'll review member interactions, identify opportunities for enhancements, and contribute to solutions libraries. - Review and evaluate the quality of financial planning guidance generated by SoFi’s AI Coach chat tool, and report on overall performance.
- Identify opportunities for and implement enhancements to chatbot intelligence, recognizing potential risks or inaccuracies in chat outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to solutions libraries and determine keywords and phrases to improve software recognition of member intents.

- Nice to have: Comfort or familiarity with LLMs, chatbots, JIRA
- Innovative mindset, aptitude for learning new technologies/software and dexterity to adjust to changing priorities within a dynamic business
- Proven collaborative achievements in past roles
- Necessary: familiarity with financial federal regulatory guidelines and comfort identifying potential risks in written communications
- Ability to work effectively with product development, engineers, and business team
- Necessary: FINRA Series 65 or equivalent, or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Ability to act independently and proactively address problems as a self-starter
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills related to communicating to cross-functional groups across key business areas
- Necessary: 3+ years of client-facing experience within financial services, ideally in an advisory capacity
- Nice to have: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Statistics or other quantitative oriented fields or equivalent experience
- Positive attitude, empathy, and customer-focused communication skills are required for impact on interaction with customers
- Nice to have: CFP or other financial designation
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, adept at identifying patterns, and hypothesis-driven problem-solving
