Senior Manager of Relay Business

Join SoFi, a leading personal finance company, as the Senior Manager of Relay Business. In this role, you will lead the strategy, operations, and execution of the Relay product, which includes personal financial management tools, credit score monitoring, and budgeting. You will manage the P&L, develop regular reporting on business performance, and support legal and compliance efforts. • Lead the strategy, operations, and execution across a cross-functional Relay Team, focusing on delivering Personal Financial Management tools and services.
• Manage the P&L for the Relay business area in partnership with Finance, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop and provide regular reporting on business performance and analytics, ensuring timely communication to the Executive Team and the Board.

• Demonstrated track record of delivering business results and hitting OKRs

• 12+ years of experience overall across strategic and general management roles

• MBA or equivalent degree
• Experience in Financial Services or Fintech
• Experience in consulting, investment banking, growth-stage start up or in a similarly demanding role
• Series 7 & 24 Licenses
