You will partner with the Chief People Officer and leaders across Altana to ensure talent acquisition is a strategic catalyst for growth. This role requires a proven track record in recruiting, experience in high-growth tech environments, and a passion for making a positive impact on the world.

  • Lead and mentor Altana's existing team of recruiters as a hands-on player-coach, modeling best-in-class recruiting and setting the team up to succeed.
  • Shape and execute a global talent acquisition strategy that matches Altana's quality standards, operating speed, and business complexity.
  • Drive excellence across the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and a diverse, high-quality pipeline through an equitable, inclusive process.
  • Proven track record and passion for the art and science of recruiting, with a desire to still be hands on with critical, high-impact roles
  • Deep experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, executive search, and data-driven talent sourcing strategies
  • Demonstrated track record of building and leading high-performing, global recruiting teams in a high-impact culture
  • Proven success leading end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy and operations in a high-growth, fast-scaling, tech environment (preferably with added complexity such as AI, fintech, data platforms, supply chain, or public-sector)
  • Strategic business partner with the ability to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, identifying data-driven insights on talent acquisition lifecycle to drive improvements in our talent strategy and execution
  • 12+ years in talent acquisition, including 4+ years leading and developing recruiting teams, ideally in high growth tech environments
  • Experience leading transformation efforts, aligning talent acquisition efforts with new and emerging technology such as AI-powered processes and automation to accelerate business objectives
