Head of Marketing

Join Thunkable, a leading no-code platform, as the Head of Marketing. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy, managing the budget, and driving brand awareness and sales growth. You will analyze market trends, coordinate marketing campaigns, and align marketing goals with overall business objectives. Additionally, you will own the marketing roadmap and budget, execute the content marketing strategy, and report directly to the CEO. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to work remotely and enjoy a wellness and training budget.

• Lead and oversee all marketing activities, including the development and implementation of Thunkable’s marketing strategy, budget management, and driving brand awareness and sales growth.
• Analyze market trends, coordinate marketing campaigns, and align marketing goals with overall business objectives to optimize demand generation campaigns across various channels.
• Own and execute Thunkable’s content marketing strategy, including blog, SEO, video, email, and thought leadership content that drives inbound interest and brand authority.
• 10+ years of marketing experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role—preferably in SaaS, or dev tools.Proven expertise in content strategy, demand generation, and full-funnel growth
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create short-form, conversion-driven copy
• Ability to turn product features into movement-worthy messages
• Experience in HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta, etc. and analytics tools
• A strong understanding of data-driven marketing and performance metrics (SEO, CAC, CVR, LTV, etc.)
• Experience with tools like Hubspot, Webflow, and Brevo a plus
• Prior experience in Start-Up experience a plus
• Familiarity with no-code or low-code development platforms
