Customer Success Manager Internship

• Assister les CSMs dans les tâches opérationnelles, telles que la soumission de tickets d'intégration, la configuration de comptes de base et le suivi des commandes à risque élevé.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Data Analyst, Project Manager or a related field (or have a strong interest in these areas)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work well in a team and independently when needed
• A basic understanding of data and analytics is helpful, but not essential. We’ll teach you the ropes
• An interest in SaaS or customer success is a plus, but not required—you’ll learn a lot on the job!
• A problem-solving mindset with a positive, customer-first attitude
