Principal UX Designer

• Collaborate with the Head of Product and design team to discover and define great product solutions, leveraging user-centric design and data-driven insights.
• Drive the design system to completion and full adoption, owning the standards and principles behind it, and set the craft bar across the product organization.
• Lead the move to AI-native workflows, using emerging tools to speed concept-to-production and define new ways of working.
• 10+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time at staff or principal level or equivalent scope
• Able to set the standards and principles that lift design quality across the product org
• A proven track record of leading high-impact product work across complex, multi-team problem spaces, with strong product judgment and influence over strategy and direction
• Strong portfolio of B2B product work, with a track record of leading discovery and research
• Able to think from first principles, not just apply standard UX process
• A history of raising the craft bar in others through critique, mentorship, and design leadership, without formal authority
• A strong communicator who articulates design decisions clearly and influences without managing
• Experience working closely with engineering and using emerging AI-native tools to evolve how products are built
• Exceptional craft, creativity, and taste, consistently producing work that pushes product quality and brand forward
