Strategy Associate Intern (Data & AI Experience)

Join Workwize as a Strategy Associate Intern and gain exposure to various aspects of the company, including strategy, operations, product, and growth. You will work directly with the Chief of Staff and support the leadership team on high-impact strategic projects. • Contribuer à l'expansion de l'entreprise en effectuant des recherches de marché, en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités de marché et en soutenant la mise en place de nouvelles offres de services.
• Collaborer avec le Chef de Cabinet sur des initiatives stratégiques nécessitant une exécution mais manquant de propriété immédiate.
• Soutenir l'équipe dans la préparation des mises à jour pour les investisseurs, des rapports de performance internes et de la documentation stratégique.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficient in tools like Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides; bonus for experience with Notion, HubSpot, or BI tools
• Experience in startups, consulting, operations, venture capital, or student-led strategy projects is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled in final stages of BSc or MSc) in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you’re comfortable working with data to draw insights and support decisions
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to clearly structure complex ideas
