• Lead the end-to-end coordination of hero merchant announcements, from initial brief through to publication.
• Work on PR and social copy, and supporting communications assets for merchant announcements, with a consistent standard of accuracy.
• Build strong working relationships with account managers, regional marketing leads, and merchants directly.
