Manager, Bank Relationships

As the Manager of Bank Relationships, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key bank partners in Europe and the UK, coordinating implementation projects, and assisting with banking infrastructure requirements. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Owning the implementation projects for Europe and the UK, and being the global coordinator for the implementation managers across all regions. - Establishing and managing relationships with existing contacts at partner banks and internal stakeholders, and coordinating the execution of Due Diligence questionnaires, KYC and Onboarding requirements. - Efficiently managing queries from internal and external partners, related to payments processing and compliance topics, and acting as the primary point of cover when the Global Head of Bank Relationships is out of office.
