Manager, Compliance Advisory

Join , a leading global fintech company, as a Manager in Compliance Advisory. In this role, you will establish and oversee a global second-line compliance team, drive cross-functional alignment, monitor emerging trends, design and deliver training, ensure compliance-by-design, own compliance requirements, provide strategic advisory, integrate risk assessments, and implement assurance. You should have 6+ years of second-line compliance experience in fintech, payments, or banking, deep expertise in financial crime risk, and experience growing and leading a team. - Establish the global framework for second-line escalations for new products and ensure consistency and operational excellence. - Partner with Risk, Operations, and Product teams to align compliance requirements with fraud mitigation and user experience goals. - Develop and deliver targeted training to business and compliance teams regarding complex financial crime and fraud risks inherent in high-volume environments.
