As a Senior Analyst in the Financial Crime Product Compliance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting new product launches and ensuring compliance with financial crime regulations. You will coordinate between various teams, monitor progress, and build strong partnerships. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in financial crime compliance and a good understanding of the payments sector. - Lead the product-to-compliance workflow, ensuring Product teams provide complete and accurate product information for Compliance to perform risk assessments. - Support regional MLROs across the globe by ensuring their bespoke requirements are captured and addressed, and keep regional stakeholders informed. - Monitor the progress of new initiatives through the governance lifecycle, following up with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met on time.
