Senior Manager, Internal Audit (US)

As the Senior Manager of Internal Audit, you will play a critical role in ensuring the adequacy of our governance, risk management, and control environment. You will develop and execute a comprehensive internal audit plan, lead high-quality audits, and communicate key findings to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of audit experience, a strong understanding of banking and payment regulations, and excellent communication skills. - Develop and execute a comprehensive, risk-based annual internal audit plan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory mandates. - Lead the development of the audit universe, risk assessment, continuous monitoring, and automated audit routines, and take direct ownership of and execute high-quality audits. - Effectively communicate key audit findings and identified risk exposures to senior leadership, the Audit Committee, and the Risk Committee, and manage relationships with senior management.
