As a Senior Manager in the Underwriting team, you will oversee a team of underwriters, manage performance, and conduct financial analysis. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for coaching, and expertise in financial analysis and credit risk. - Oversee people and performance management for a team of underwriters, ensuring work assignments are completed within defined SLAs and productivity targets. - Serve as the first escalation point for all applications and tasks handled by your team, providing expert level insight into business model risk, credit risk, and AML risk. - Conduct proficient analysis of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements of large, complex deals, and prepare persuasive summaries to assess micro and macro risks.
