Senior Specialist, Implementation Engineer - Spain

As a Senior Specialist, Implementation Engineer, you will provide technical support to merchants during their implementation of <Checkout.com> payment processing technology, manage incidents related to integration, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. You should have technical support experience in a tech/fintech company, strong coding skills in at least one programming language, and fluency in Spanish and English.

• Provide technical support to merchants during their implementation of <Checkout.com> payment processing technology.
• Answer all merchants’ integration related questions, including but not limited to configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, go-live support, and post-live support.
• Manage incidents as related to the integration (investigation, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, reporting, time tracking and analysis of incidents).
