Senior Specialist, Product Partnerships - Merchant Operations

As a Senior Specialist in Product Partnerships, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Merchant Operations organization is fully prepared to support merchants with new product releases and enhancements. You will act as a vital link between the Product, Engineering, and Merchant Operations teams, facilitating communication and championing merchant needs.

• Represent the Merchant Operations team in the ongoing relationship with Checkout’s Product department, defining requirements for new product releases and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle, providing crucial input on supportability, usability, and potential pain points.
• Stay abreast of customer trends & requirements, competitor products, and market shifts to inform product development and enhancements.
