Corporate Counsel

As Corporate Counsel, Commercial, you will be an integral part of our legal team, supporting various aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, provide legal guidance on contracts and compliance, and stay informed on relevant laws and regulations. • Participer à la rédaction, à la négociation et à la gestion de contrats commerciaux, principalement des contrats clients, revendeurs, fournisseurs et des accords de non-divulgation.
• Fournir des conseils juridiques pratiques sur les contrats, la conformité, la propriété intellectuelle et la gestion des risques, et rester informé des lois et réglementations pertinentes.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de vente et de développement commercial pour faire avancer les affaires tout en gérant les risques juridiques.
• Exposure to federal and state commercial law, knowledge of UK or EU law is a bonus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative working style
• Prior experience supporting SaaS, cloud software, or technology companies
• Familiarity with privacy and data protection frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or FINRA (direct experience a plus, not a requirement)
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with some supervision
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in contract drafting and negotiation, ideally in a SaaS or technology context, in-house or law firm background welcome
• J.D. degree, admitted to practice and in good standing with the California bar
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with both local and remote team members
• Exposure to data privacy, procurement, intellectual property, or compliance matters
• Interest in legal operations, process improvement, and AI-enabled productivity tools
