Senior Manager of Demand Generation

Join our team as a Senior Manager of Demand Generation, where you will play a key role in scaling our top-of-funnel pipeline and revenue engine. You will lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across various channels, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, Content, and RevOps. This is a hands-on, strategic role that reports directly to the Director of Demand Generation.

• Plan and execute full-funnel demand generation campaigns across various channels, including paid media, ABM, email, content syndication, SEO/SEM, and webinars.
• Collaborate with Sales and SDRs to align messaging, campaign focus, and lead follow-up strategies, and build targeted programs for high-priority industries and accounts.
• Monitor campaign performance through tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and 6sense, and leverage insights to continuously optimize performance across channels and tactics.
• 5–7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software
• The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B demand generation, is analytical by nature, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where experimentation, collaboration, and results matter
• Experience collaborating with Sales and SDR teams to drive program success
• A test-and-learn attitude with curiosity, creativity, and grit
• Strong analytical mindset—you’re comfortable interpreting data, building reports, and using insights to drive decisions
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot (or Marketo), Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense)
• Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Track record of building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that convert leads into pipeline
