About The Role

Join Fubo, a leading sports-first live TV streaming platform, as the Chief of Staff to the CEO. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping to transform vision into execution across the company. You will work across the entire organization, acting as an extension of the CEO, and will be responsible for defining, refining, and executing the company's strategic agenda. This is not a traditional leadership role, but rather one built on influence without authority.

  • Act as a trusted partner to the CEO to define, refine, and execute the company’s strategic agenda, including developing agendas for CEO-led meetings and coordinating other CEO-led events.
  • Help translate long-term vision into clear initiatives, measurable objectives, and execution plans, and identify emerging opportunities and risks through market research and analysis.
  • Build trust across organizations without relying on formal authority, leading confidential and high-priority CEO initiatives, and representing the CEO in select areas and initiatives as needed.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution
  • You combine strategic thinking with practical execution
  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgement, and absolute discretion
  • Experience working with executive leadership in fast moving organizations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including written narratives, presentations, briefing materials, and leadership updates
  • You’re comfortable discussing market expansion, financial performance, organizational design, and execution details
  • Highly structured and organised, with the ability to create clarity in varying situations
  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, project management, business operations, or related leadership roles; preferably within the digital media, technology, or subscription space
  • A strong financial background with the ability to interpret data and build robust business cases
  • Extensive experience working cross functionally with all levels of global business units (finance, marketing, technology, product, design, business development, etc.)
  • A proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • The ability to move comfortably between executive strategy and hands-on execution
