Full Stack Software Engineer (Growth Team)

• Concevoir et développer des systèmes simples pour résoudre des problèmes complexes, en travaillant sur l'ensemble de la pile technologique.
• Collaborer avec des designers, des chefs de produit et d'autres ingénieurs pour optimiser le parcours utilisateur et les fonctionnalités de croissance.
• Utiliser des outils d'assistance à la programmation par IA pour améliorer le processus de développement, tout en évaluant et en validant les résultats générés.
• Database experience with Postgres, Redis/Valkey or similar
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Comfortable working with AI coding assistants such as Claude or Cursor, including evaluating and validating generated output, not just producing it
• 4–6 years of experience delivering working software, preferably web applications
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Working knowledge of A/B testing, feature flags and analytics development
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
• Familiarity with at least one mature MV* framework
• Solid backend experience in Go, or another compiled language with willingness to ramp on Go quickly
• Writes clean, well-tested code
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control (Git)
• Strong knowledge of immutability concepts, CSS and responsive design
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Stays current on emerging tools and proposes new processes and technologies to the team
• Good understanding of engineering best practices for SEO
• Enjoys a fast-moving environment where individual contributors are trusted to set technical direction
• Takes initiative in identifying and removing roadblocks
