Founder’s Associate Intern

Join HOLY, a fast-growing consumer brand, as a Founder’s Associate Intern. In this role, you will work closely with the Founders and the Business Development and Special Projects team on a mix of strategic and operational topics. You will gain exposure to various areas, including Organizational Development, Strategic Planning and Execution, Product Development, and Regulatory and Compliance. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn from industry leaders and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

• Assister le Corporate Development Lead et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les fondateurs et l'équipe de développement commercial sur des sujets stratégiques et opérationnels.
• Préparer des présentations et des documents internes, analyser des données et les traduire en informations simples, organiser et documenter des réunions.
• Coordonner des projets interfonctionnels entre les équipes et s'assurer que les délais et les priorités sont respectés.
• Communicative Team Player: Shares progress openly, takes feedback well, and collaborates with a low-ego mindset
• Availability: 3–6 months
• High Standards: Produces clean, accurate, and well-thought-out work — every detail counts
• Analytical & Pragmatic: Thinks logically, solves problems fast, and gets things done efficiently
• Languages: English fluency required; German is a strong plus but not mandatory
