  • Support the team in running and improving core company rhythms such as strategic planning cycles and goal-setting processes.
  • Contribute to high-impact organisational initiatives by taking ownership of defined workstreams or projects.
  • Manage and improve the Organisational Operating System, supporting the continuous development of HOLY’s company-wide operating system.
