6-month Internship - Green Asset Manager - Paris

Join our team as a Green Asset Manager intern in Paris. This 6-month internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of real estate and energy, focusing on decarbonization and energy strategies. You will support business development, manage client relationships, and contribute to project management and delivery. Ideal candidates are master's level students with a strong interest in real estate, ESG topics, and consulting. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, along with strong sales and interpersonal skills.

• Contribuer à l'identification des besoins des clients, à la recherche de prospects et à la préparation d'arguments démontrant les impacts financiers et énergétiques des projets.
• Gérer directement les relations avec les clients (sous supervision) pour identifier leurs besoins et aider à développer des propositions commerciales.
• Assumer progressivement des responsabilités en matière de coordination de projet, de modélisation financière et d'exécution de services.
• Education: Master’s level (Bac+4/5) from an engineering school, business school, or university, with an interest in **real estate, ESG topics, and consulting**.
• Key skills:

• \- Solid understanding of **real estate and energy stakes**.
• \- Appetite for **financial analysis** (IRR, cash flow).

• Languages: French or English native with at least professional proficiency in the other.
