• Support the harmonization of Construction Quality Practices across the TEN Group and the standardization of Construction Inspection and Test Plans.
• Consolidate and analyze data and KPI provided from all Construction Sites / yards, and develop a tracking mobilization tool of TEN Site QC teams.
• Support the digitalization of Site Inspection and cascade Lessons Learned among TEN project sites.
