Business Development Manager EU (English speaker / Multi-lingual profile)

Join Back Market, a global marketplace for refurbished devices. As a Business Development Manager, you will drive supply, secure high-quality refurbished inventory, and build relationships with European sellers. You will own the full business development lifecycle, manage newly activated sellers, and act as a trusted link between sellers and internal teams. The position is based in Paris or Bordeaux, France, with a hybrid work environment.

• Hunting and building a pipeline of high-potential sellers across various channels to enrich the seller network.
• Leading compelling presentations and calls tailored to each prospect's profile, with a focus on seller onboarding and early ramp-up.
• Qualifying and onboarding new sellers, ensuring a smooth journey that contributes to Back Market's product selection growth.
